If you move to another city in Florida, no problem. We can continue working together. It’s also easy to keep sessions while you’re traveling. Did someone say poolside therapy?!

Logging in for virtual counseling sessions is easy. It works the same as your FaceTime chats with family or work Zoom meetings. Plus, it’s private and secure so that we can talk about anything.
You’ll want a quiet space, a computer or tablet with a camera and microphone, and an Internet connection stable enough to watch streaming videos. Some people prefer headphones. If it feels more authentic to lay down on the couch, go for it! (Even though that mostly just happens in the movies.)
If telehealth is new to you, I’m confident I can provide excellent care online. I taught graduate students virtually for ten years (way before it was trendy). I even published a book chapter on using technology for art therapy. Although we’re not in the same room, we’ll feel personally connected and make meaningful progress toward your goals.
